How do I join?

How do I get the VIP role in Discord?
Claim it inside Whop after checkout, under the Discord tab. It is not automatic and it is the step people miss, so if you are in the server but still seeing the public channels, that is why.
How do I get the indicators?
Claim them right after checkout with your TradingView username. They show up under Indicators → Invite-only scripts on TradingView. Copy your username exactly as it appears on your profile. Capitalisation matters, and a typo is the usual reason someone does not see them.
I joined but nothing has appeared.
Two things to check. The VIP role in Discord is claimed inside Whop under the Discord tab and is not automatic, and the indicators need your TradingView username copied exactly, capitalisation included. A typo there is the usual culprit. Full walkthrough in Fixing your access at the bottom of this page.
Is the trade journal included?
Yes, and it is not open yet. It is being built on a proper database so it works across your devices, and it is included in VIP and Lifetime at no extra cost when it lands. Everything else — indicators, masterclasses, the Academy channels and the VIP Discord — is available the moment you check out.
What is the difference between Monthly and Lifetime?
Only how you pay. Both include everything, nothing is held back for a higher tier.
What happens if I cancel?
Two things go: the indicators come off your TradingView account, and your VIP role in the Discord is removed. Both come back if you resubscribe.
Once the journal opens, cancelling will lock it too, and journal data will be deleted after six months without a sign-in, because storing it costs money. None of that applies yet, since there is nothing stored.
Where do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On Whop. Billing, receipts and cancellation all live there.
Does Lifetime really mean forever?
It means one payment and no renewals, for as long as ShiftsDgens runs. Nobody can honestly promise more than that, so we do not.
When does the journal open?
No date promised. It is being moved onto a proper database first, and it opens when that is done and tested rather than when a date on a page says so. It is announced in the Discord the moment it is ready.
Why is it not just up already?
The version we have been building saves everything in one browser on one device. If you cleared your history you would lose your trades, and there is no reliable way for it to tell who is a paying member. Both of those are fixed by the same piece of work, so it waits until that is finished.
Do I pay extra for it when it lands?
No. It is part of VIP and Lifetime at no extra cost, including for anyone who joined before it opened.
What will it do?
Log trades against six contracts — MES, ES, MNQ, NQ, MGC and GC — with the correct point value on each, so P&L and R come from your fill prices rather than being typed in. Full history and analytics, prop firm accounts with live rule tracking against drawdown floors, daily loss limits, consistency rules and minimum days, and CSV import from Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, TradingView and ProjectX.
Will admins be able to see my trades?
No. Admins will see who is a member and be able to suspend or reactivate accounts. They will not see your trades, your P&L or your notes, and that is enforced by the database itself rather than just hidden in the interface.
Are you running giveaways right now?
Yes, in the Discord. There are VIP giveaways for members, and free community giveaways open to everyone in the server. Both are announced and drawn there, and the server is the only place to enter them.
Do I have to be a VIP member to enter?
Not for the free community ones, which are open to anyone in the server. The VIP giveaways are members-only and come with the subscription at no extra cost.
So what is the "coming soon" part?
A third kind, run here on the site rather than in the Discord: entries earned by buying a prop firm evaluation through our partner links with code SHIFT. That one is still being built, and it is what the coming-soon page refers to.
Why is that one taking longer?
Because it is tied to purchases and drawn publicly, it needs written terms that hold up. A giveaway is a contract with everyone who enters it, and one run on half-written terms would not be fair to entrants and would not be legal everywhere. The Discord giveaways are unaffected and carry on as normal.
Will the partner links still be worth using in the meantime?
Yes. The discounts and offers on the affiliates page are live now and stand on their own, with or without a draw attached.
Do you give signals or trade for me?
No. No copy-trade service, no managed accounts, and no claims about what you will make. Education, tools, a community and a journal. The execution is yours.
Is this financial advice?
No. Nothing on this site, in our Discord, or on any of our social media platforms is a recommendation to trade any instrument or symbol. Futures carry substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone.
Will this make me profitable?
Honestly, most traders lose money, and joining a community does not change that base rate. What journaling does is make your own numbers visible, which is the only thing that reliably changes anyone’s behaviour.
Fixing your access
If you have paid and something has not shown up, it is almost always one small thing. Work down this section, it takes about two minutes.
Claim the Discord role
Open Whop, go to the Discord tab and claim the role. If you are in the server but still only seeing the public channels, this is why.
01Check the TradingView name
Indicators are granted to a username, not a display name, and capitalisation is exact. Copy it out of the address bar on your TradingView profile rather than typing it.
02Ask an admin
Open a ticket in the Discord with your Whop receipt email and your TradingView username. An admin can sort it in under a minute.
03The indicators have not appeared on TradingView
Almost always a mistyped TradingView username. Two things catch people out:
- Your username is not your display name. Open your TradingView profile and copy the name out of the address bar.
- Capitalisation matters. TradingView treats it as exact.
Open a ticket in the Discord with the correct username and an admin will regrant it.
I am in the Discord but cannot see the VIP channels
The VIP role is not granted automatically. Claim it inside Whop after checkout, under the Discord tab. If you have claimed it and the channels still are not there, leave and rejoin the server, then ask in a ticket if it is still wrong.
Do I need a TradingView account?
Yes, and it is free. The indicators are invite-only scripts granted to a TradingView username, so there has to be an account to grant them to.
Whop is asking me to sign in and I do not remember my password
That is a Whop account, not a ShiftsDgens one, so we cannot reset it. Use the password reset on Whop’s own sign-in screen. If Whop cannot find your account at all, you may have bought under a different address, which is the same root cause as everything else in this section.
I was charged twice, or want a refund
All sales are final, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Everything here is digital and access is immediate, which is the reason.
A genuine double charge is a different thing from a refund. Billing lives entirely on Whop, so start there, and if you get stuck tell us in the Discord and we will help you chase it.
