The journal is being moved onto a proper database so it follows you between your desktop and your phone, and so your membership unlocks it on its own.
Until that is finished it would only save on one device, in one browser, and it would have no reliable way to tell who is a member. Shipping it in that state would mean losing people’s trades the first time they cleared their history, so it waits.
Announced in the Discord the moment it opens.
